PAYMENT

PayPal is my preferred method of payment. It allows me to accept secure online payments from most credit and debit cards as well as a PayPal account. I will accept a personal cheque but this must be cleared before any item is despatched.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

My prices include postage, packing and insurance charges within the UK. If you live outside the UK, please contact me for postage costs before purchasing an item. I am happy to reserve a sculpture for you whilst we sort this out. Your order will be despatched as soon as possible after payment has been received, and I will confirm via email.

RETURNS

In the unlikely event of an order being returned, please let me know within 7 days of the item being received. I will refund the full invoiced amount within the UK, but cannot refund any postage costs of items sent abroad. I strongly advise returns are sent by insured recorded post as they are the responsibility of the customer until received safely by me. This cost will not be refunded.
